What we do

Series production of thermoplastic components with state-of-the-art injection presses. Consistent quality, optimised cycles.

Direct colouring during injection moulding with masterbatch granules. Precise, uniform tints with no painting required — components ready to use.

In-house post-production: assembly, series paint stamping and dimensional inspection before shipment to the customer.

From concept to production tool. Part validation in reduced time with pilot moulds and certified materials.

The process

Technical drawing review, definition of dimensional constraints and the most suitable material for the application.

Mould design in collaboration with the client, filling simulation and gate optimisation.

Mould construction, press setup and process parameter calibration. First sampling trials.

Continuous production with real-time parameter monitoring. Batch management and full traceability.

Dimensional inspection, visual control and statistical sampling on every produced batch.
